| Investing in non-commited jerk isn't worth it
What do you think of the saying "Why buy the cow when you can get the milk for free?" Let me explain. I'm dating a guy who refuses to be monogamous, so I told him I won't sleep with him anymore. We still hang out all the time, spend the night a lot, and even without sex, I feel so close to him! We cuddle all the time, we understand each other and I love waking up with someone holding me close. Some people say that our relationship is unhealthy because he won't commit to just me, what do you think? Cow for Sale Dear Cow for Sale, The classic underlying idea here is that by withholding sex, a woman hold's the power in a relationship and can thereby change a man. Well, let me drop a little bit of knowledge here: people aren't fixer-uppers, what you see is what you get.
Cosmo says: Apple store is the best place to meet men
Hey, I'm no relationship guru (I write about tech, for goodness' sake). So when my single friends ask me about the best places to meet men in San Francisco, I draw a blank. As much as I'd like to help them meet a Silicon Valley man-which is what they're really after-I can't, because I don't know many single men or where they hang out. I'm married, and my friends know that. But I guess deep down they hope I can introduce them to a few geek friends, because you know, I'm in the "tech field." If I didn't know better, I'd tell them to just go online, since that's where the guy geeks are. But a Cosmopolitan article says the best place to meet guys is at the Apple store. Yes, the Apple store! Who would've thought? Those experts in sex, love, and dating say most guys are natural gadget lovers, and the vibe at the Apple store is "conducive to man meeting." The article goes on to suggest single women should enroll in a free workshop, check their email while at the store, or just stop by to survey the store's "good-looking merchandise." I guess this puts male "Geniuses" at a great advantage.

Do not rush your child into growing up. Their youth is the only innocent time they will have. Let your child enjoy the carefree days of childhood. * Do not label your young child’s opposite-sex friends as boy/girl friends. At an early age children often learn from their parents that being noticed by the opposite sex is supposed to be exciting. This teaches children to strive for that "special" attention. * Delay dating. Studies show, the earlier the dating experience, the earlier the sexual experience. In addition, early dating or boy/girl relationships rob children of valuable time and opportunity to learn how to develop friendships with same-sex friends. Often times when youth "go together," they exclude same sex friends.

Guerrero retains featherweight title
Guerrero reclaimed the vacant title in February 2007 with a TKO of Spend Abazi. Six of his last seven fights overall have ended with sudden stoppages. Guerrero's wife, Casey, climbed into the ring for a post-fight hug after one of Guerrero's fights for the first time in more than a year. The mother of two was diagnosed with leukemia late last year, only days before Guerrero fought Martin Honorio in Tucson, Ariz. While Casey was in the hospital back home in the Bay Area last fall, Guerrero -- who had barely slept in the previous week -- knocked out Honorio 56 seconds into the bout with one devastating punch. Casey's leukemia was found to be in remission in late December, and she felt well enough to attend Guerrero's first fight since beating Honorio.
What's a Kabbalah Wedding?
Rumors are flying that actors Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher will tie the knot in a "kabbalah ceremony" as part of their mysticism-themed pilgrimage to Tel Aviv next week in honor of the Jewish new year. But what would a kabbalah wedding ceremony be like? Here's what we know for sure. Though Kabbalistic customs, practices, and beliefs have influenced traditional Judaism over the centuries, Kabbalah is not a "faith," or even a "cult religion," no matter what the gossip columnists might write. Though Kabbalists wrote many Jewish prayers and hymns, there is no specifically Kabbalistic liturgy. Kabbalah (the Hebrew word for "tradition" or "received") refers to a body of esoteric, mystical Jewish teachings that flowered in medieval Provence and Germany, but whose roots extend back to Biblical times, and which continues to evolve--in a staggering variety of manifestations--today.

FACEOFF: Is the NFL combine overrated?
The fact is, nowadays, athletes are bigger, faster and stronger than they have ever been. Their raw numbers may be enticing because they have never been seen before, but thats just a product of the sporting era in which we live. There are things that coaches simply cannot teach that are more important than speed or power: determination, heart and instincts come to mind. Maybe one day people will realize that, but it seems more doubtful by the day. .
