Mitt Romney to withdraw from presidential contest
This is yet another reason why I support Obama. He's not playing any political games, his passion for this country speaks for itself. Senator Clinton always makes the comment that she has experience and that Obama does not. This may be yet another reason why she should not be president. She's used to the political games, etc. We don't need someone experienced in how to play the same games and use the same tired tactics that have been used for decades. We need someone who actually cares about the American people and is willing to do right whether or not he's losing votes. Obama is the real deal. Clinton's games prove that over and over again. .

Bush's FDA - Perpetual Leaker Of Insider Info
The overly dramatic Dr Scher, even went so far as to tell Thomas Fleming, another doctor who just happened to send a letter to the FDA, disparaging Provenge, which was also put out on the internet by "The Cancer Letter," that he could not sleep because he was so concerned over the possibility of patients being harmed if Provenge was approved and that's why he wrote the letter. Dr Fleming then noted that he could not sleep either. This is an utterly ridiculous remark coming from Dr Scher, considering that he and Dr Hussain voted with the majority 17-0 that Provenge was safe at the hearing. The pharmaceutical companies that stood to benefit the most from the non-approval of Provenge were Novacea, Schering-Plough and Sanofi-Aventis because they have billions of dollars invested in research, drug trials, and cancer treatments involving therapies that would compete directly with Provenge for the same late stage prostate cancer patients.
Anyone remember the Ariane dating game?
They've changed it. I took her to the underwear shop and her lesbian friend came dancing with us. Why this shop was open so late, I'm not sure, but yeah. The dyke kept coming onto my bitch, so we left, then I made sex with her on her bed. It was crap. All that happened was she started saying: 'UGH UGH UGH UGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGH' like a caveman. So yeah. Beat me. http://virtualunderworld.net/arianeb/dategame.htm# .
Today is February 29th!: Businesses see marketing opportunity
February 29th only comes around once every four years. 2008 is a leap year that means there is one extra day on the calendar to help keep it in sync with the sun. The extra day in a leap year is a sum of the previous years' quarter days, 365.25 days in a year, which add up to a full day every four years. For most people it's just another day, "it doesn't really make sense to me - I mean it's kind of arbitrary right?" One person said. Unless of course you're one of the 200,000 Americans born on leap day like motivational guru Anthony Robbins and rapper Ja Rule. Many businesses are now using leap year as a marketing hook, hoping to see a jump in their profits. Franchises like Boston market and Papa John's pizza are offering leap day deals by giving away free pan pizzas to those born on February 29th.
Arcadia zooms onto the Net
Arcadia Group, which owns several UK retail chains including Top Shop, Burtons and Dorothy Perkins, is to launch an ecommerce portal and Internet service provider (ISP). The service, called Zoom, will offer news from Associated Newspapers, online dating and a job search facility. It will also include a loyalty card and a credit card. Zoom MD, Eva Pascoe, said: "We are an online shopping centre and a portal, too. Apart from Arcadia brands, we are signing up other partners such as Red or Dead." Pascoe added that she chose Easynet to provide ISP services because it has a good presence in France and Germany - the next two countries to be targeted by Zoom. Zoom will also offer some product lines not available anywhere else - first of which will be a special range of Wonderbras.
